The performance hall and back of house spaces have been carefully planned to create a flexible venue that caters to the needs of multiple user groups, artists, audiences and operators, while fostering a unique, intimate setting. The space responds to various lighting and rigging requirements for theatrical productions, concerts, dance performances, films, amplified events, awards ceremonies and lectures. The stagehouse comprises a full height fly fronted with a 60' wide, 30' high proscenium, thus accommodating very large musical ensembles. An orchestra pit with lift and orchestra shell is included as well.  The back of house spaces includes a scene shop with prop storage, costume shop, green room and changing rooms with showers and required support spaces.
