Galveston College Health Services Center is a new three-story nursing health sciences building anticipated to be approximately between 40,000 and 70,000 square feet with new parking underneath a portion of the new build and a connector bridge to the adjacent existing building. The project will be raised from the ground due to current flood regulations.
