Grand Oaks High School is planned to house about 3,000 students in grades 9-12. The high school is designed with two three-story academic wings that contain the majority of departmental (English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies) classrooms, collaboration areas and instructional spaces. A dedicated 9th grade area of the campus will house 900 students, located on the second floor. The first floor houses the administration offices, the Learning Commons, Performing Arts Center, a Dining Commons, a centralized kitchen, CTE spaces, Fine Arts, Physical Education, Athletic, and related support spaces. All science lab spaces are on the third floor.
