The modernization and reconstruction of the existing football stadium to a dedicated track and field stadium with new 1,500 capacity bleacher system. Complete architectural and engineering services were provided to reconfigure the existing track for a track and field use only. Includes new rubberized track for multiple track events including a curbed practice lane and steeple chase pit, javelin, discus, shot put, and hammer throw areas, long jump, triple high jump/high jump, pole vault, and the 9th jogging lane.
