PBK was chosen to provide program confirmation for the Student Housing Building, as well as design and construction administration services for the project on the campus of University of Houston–Clear Lake. The project will be sited to the north of the Student Services Building. The Student Housing Building would construct an approximately 306 student bed facility at roughly 80,000 square feet. The housing facility will consist of semi-suite and private student rooms, community kitchens, and lounge spaces.
